Key Responsibilities

Review, assess, and action user-generated content, product listings, and customer interactions across French-language digital platforms associated with consumer electronics products, ensuring full compliance with community guidelines and safety policies.

Investigate and resolve trust and safety incidents including fraudulent activity, counterfeit product listings, intellectual property violations, and policy abuse within the consumer electronics ecosystem.

Analyse emerging threats, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, and harmful content patterns specific to French-speaking markets and consumer electronics communities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product safety, legal, and quality assurance departments to develop and refine content moderation policies tailored to the consumer electronics industry.

Handle escalated cases with sensitivity and precision, ensuring French-speaking users receive timely, accurate, and professionally communicated resolutions.

Monitor platform health metrics and contribute to regular reporting on trust and safety trends, highlighting risks and recommending proactive improvements relevant to consumer electronics retail and support environments.
