ENTRY LEVEL LIFE INSURANCE AGENT (LEADERSHIP TRACK)

Compensation: $65,000 – $150,000+ (Commission + Bonuses – No Cap)

Location: Hybrid Remote – Tampa, Fl

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are expanding and selectively bringing on driven individuals who want to build income through performance — not time.

Licensed Life/Health Agents can start immediately.

Not licensed? We have a fast-track training program to help you obtain it in 20 days or less.

We do NOT cold call.

You work with in-house leads — people who requested help and filled out forms asking to be contacted.

This is a production-based opportunity with a leadership path for those who perform.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Speaking with families who requested life insurance
  • Guiding them through options
  • Helping them secure coverage
  • Earning strong commissions per appointment
  • Learning how to build and lead a team (optional leadership path)

This is a team-based environment with residual income potential and mentorship from top producers.

High performers qualify for annual exotic incentive trips.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are NOT looking for everyone.

We are looking for people who:

Bilingual is a plus but not required.

INCOME POTENTIAL

Commission-only structure with bonuses and incentives.

Part-Time: $35K–$75K

Full-Time: $100K+ first year (based on activity)

Average commission per appointment: $300–$500+

No income cap.

Your results depend on your effort and execution.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Life Insurance License (Huge Plus)OR
  • Willingness to obtain one within 20 days
