Key Experience

  • Minimum of one year in a retail or customer service management position (two years preferred)
  • At least one year of experience overseeing, developing, and coaching teams
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to resolve problems quickly
  • Entrepreneurial drive with a focus on growing sales

Core Requirements

  • Reliable attendance and promptness, with or without reasonable accommodation
