Essential Bar Operations Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic individual to fill the critical role of Barback & Dishwasher. This combined position is the engine that drives both the back and front-of-house operations, ensuring our service runs smoothly, our environment is sanitary, and our team is fully supported. If you're a hard worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to learn the ins and outs of bar operations, this is a great opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Bar Support (Barback):
• Maintain optimal stock levels for all bar items, including ice, glassware, liquor, beer, wine, and garnishes.
• Provide crucial, fast-paced assistance to Bartenders by running items, retrieving supplies, and keeping the front-of-house service area clean and organized.
• Cleaning & Sanitation (Dishwasher):
• Manage all dishwashing operations, ensuring a continuous supply of clean, sanitized glassware, utensils, and serving equipment.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dish pit area, service stations, and storage areas, adhering strictly to health and safety codes.
• Operational Readiness:
• Assist with the breakdown and setup of the bar and kitchen areas before and after service.
• Consistently maintain cleanliness and organization across the venue.

Requirements

• Work Ethic: A strong, reliable work ethic and the ability to manage dual responsibilities effectively under pressure.
• Teamwork: The ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently with both the bar and kitchen teams.
• Drive to Learn: A genuine interest in the hospitality industry and a desire to grow your skills.
• Availability: Must have full availability, including all nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting and moving up to 40 pounds, enduring heat, and working on your feet for an entire shift.

Compensation & Details

• Pay: Based on experience, plus competitive tip outs from the bar team.
