Type: Long-term, Temp-to-Hire

• Pay: $17/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 5:30 pm

Saturday maybe mandatory when production is high.

• Overtime: Mandatory; 40 hours guaranteed

Position Summary

Seeking dependable Production / Assembly Associates to support multiple departments within a large manufacturing and assembly operation. Associates will work on fast-paced assembly lines building and assembling components used in commercial and industrial building projects. This is a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent overtime available.

Essential Job Duties

• Assemble building components and materials on production lines.
• Assist with framing, interiors, roofing, plumbing support, and construction-related tasks.
• Use tape measures, small hand tools, and power tools safely and accurately.
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and supervisor direction.
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility.
• Inspect finished products and maintain quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Rotate between departments based on production needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints required.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, assembly, framing, roofing, plumbing, or general labor preferred.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools preferred.
• Spanish-speaking or bilingual candidates welcome.
