Project Manager – Identity & Access Management

(IAM)

Location: 100% Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to be part of a growing enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) Program. This

initiative is focused on building and scaling a centralized IAM platform that enhances security, improves user access control, and supports enterprise-wide

adoption. This role will provide strategic oversight, governance, and execution across all initiatives while partnering closely with product and cybersecurity

leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage an enterprise IAM Projects spanning multiple Agile workstreams and sprint team
  • Partner with product owners and security leadership to define and execute the Project roadmap
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams onboarding to the IAM platform
  • Consolidate and deliver Project -level reporting across all workstreams (status,risks, metrics, dependencies)
  • Present updates to executive stakeholders and steering committees

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Project Management
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives with multiple workstreams
  • Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts
  • Experience managing Agile/Scrum delivery teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

What Success Looks Like

  • Establishing a unified, scalable structure across all IAM workstreams
  • Delivering a clear and actionable Project roadmap aligned with leadership priorities
  • Driving enterprise-wide adoption of the IAM platform
  • Providing transparent, accurate reporting and improving stakeholder alignment
  • Enhancing Project execution, velocity, and overall delivery outcomes

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
