QC INSPECTOR

JOB SUMMARY:

Implements the Quality Management System to ensure production of products consistent with established standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Verify Orders
• Measure Parts
• Hydrostatic Testing Inspections
• Stamp Valves
• Maintain log books
• Inspect Valves
• Conduct Audits
• Maintain all tools and equipment, keeping them in working order.
• House keeping within area
• Maintain paperwork
• Process Return Authorization items accordingly

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Must be able to read various measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and others.
• Must be able to read drawings and blueprints.
• Ability to communicate with other departments within the company.
• Dependability.
• Proficient with computers.
