Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Worcester, MA

Step into an exciting contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) near Worcester, MA. As an SLP with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), you'll work collaboratively with educators and families to help students achieve their communication goals.

Key Qualifications:

• Current CCC-SLP certification required
• Proven experience working as an SLP, preferably in a school setting
• Thorough understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders in children and adolescents
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse learning needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals
• Work closely with teachers, counselors, and other professionals to support student progress
• Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
• Monitor and document student performance, adjusting approaches as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely records and participate in IEP meetings
• Engage in ongoing communication with caregivers to foster student growth
