Operational Excellence Manager

Driving process improvement initiatives, the remote Manager of Operational Excellence will enhance operational efficiencies, reduce costs, and improve patient outcomes through data analytics and strategic implementation. Key responsibilities Lead and manage operational excellence initiatives to drive process improvement across the organization Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and improve the quality of patient care Utilize data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, monitoring effectiveness through key performance indicators (KPIs) Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, data analytics, and Lean methodologies Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field Articulate and influential public speaker Detail-oriented with a strong focus on consistently delivering quality work product
