What You'll Do:
- Perform a variety of warehouse functions including loading, unloading, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving items accurately and efficiently.
- Operate sit-down and reach forklifts safely to move and organize products within the warehouse.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management to ensure accuracy.
- Handle staging of products and prepare shipments to meet daily operational goals.
- Manage day-to-day paperwork related to warehouse activities, maintaining accurate records.
- Adhere to performance measurement guidelines to maintain quality and productivity standards.
What We Expect:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, with good physical stamina.
- At least 2 years of forklift operating experience, including clamp and slipsheet experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependability and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime and Saturdays as needed.
