Description
- Manage project lifecycle from kickoff through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field execution
- Track budgets, schedules, and procurement timelines
- Communicate with clients, architects, and internal team
- Support estimating and preconstruction as needed
Profile
- 2-5 years of construction experience (APM/PM level)
- Experience in luxury retail or high-end interiors
- Strong organization and ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel periodically to project sites
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools
