Accounts Receivable Representative - Medical Device - Temp to Perm
This exciting opportunity will support enableCV formerly a wholly owned subsidiary of Edwards LifeSciences. EnableCV is based in Midvale, UT and this role will be located on site at the enableCV headquarters. This is a flexible on-site role which will thrive in a collaborative, start up like environment. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle various customer inquiries with professionalism.

Essential Job Functions:
- Actively contact customers via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide support for account-related actions, including billing, customer contact information, and invoicing/accounts receivable.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience and ensure the invoicing of customers and receipt of payment.
- Handle customer transactions accurately and securely when necessary, be a trusted a valued partner to our customers and the finance team.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance client services.
- Utilize phone etiquette to manage calls effectively while maintaining a positive rapport with customers.
- Ability to be self-motivated to make sure projects are executed and completed within the necessary timeline.
- A desire to provide value to the company and do your best work is essential to this role.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a call center, office, or bookkeeping environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong background in customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience with cash handling or in a position of trust is an asset.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and record management is essential.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus (not required), allowing for better communication with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity or experience with accounts receivable will be beneficial.

Compensation: this role has a base hourly rate of $23/hour
