National Pump Company: a designer and manufacturer of high-quality pumping solutions used worldwide for municipal, industrial, and agricultural markets, is seeking an experienced pump Assembler for our Glendale, AZ manufacturing operation.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to support our manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient material flow, and a safe, organized warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities:

Material Handling & Inventory Support

  • Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and documentation
  • Load, unload, move, and store raw materials, components, and finished goods
  • Pick, stage, and deliver materials to production and shipping areas
  • Label and store materials in designated warehouse locations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through system updates and documentation
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory processes
  • Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged materials

Safety & Equipment Operation

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
  • Conduct routine equipment inspections and report issues
  • Follow all safety procedures, policies, and standard operating guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace
  • Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy and quality
  • Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage to prevent damage
  • Communicate material availability and shortages to supervisors and production teams
  • Support production flow by ensuring timely material delivery
  • Assist with preparing materials for shipment
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support operations

Qualifications

Required:

  • Ability to read and understand work orders, labels, and basic documentation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of warehouse, stocking, order picking, or packaging experience
  • Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment
