Summary:
A master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Even Keel’s receptionist must be able to handle all tasks with precision, while generally maintaining a helpful and positive presence in the workplace. Must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. The ideal candidate provides the highest level of customer service and will have a passion for helping others, and a desire to work in a dynamic spa environment.
What you will own & improve upon:
- Client Interactions: Your number one priority will be to handle everything related to client appointments; scheduling, confirmations, check-in and check-out, and more. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients and outside parties you interact with.
- Friendly, Positive Attitude: You will be the director of first impressions for every aspect of the spa which means you will need to have a very friendly, and positive attitude during all of your interactions.
- Phone Skills: You will be responsible for answering the phone at the spa, as well as contacting clients, and vendors. Must be comfortable handling a multi-line phone system, and have the patience and grace to be able to balance the phone line, while interacting with clients.
- Reliability: Must be available to work evenings and every other Saturday/ Sunday.
What you already know:
- Computers: Must be comfortable working with computers and confident in your ability to learn and work efficiently within our system.
- Teamwork: You are capable of working within a team environment to accomplish tasks.
- Some experience in a receptionist position is preferred but not required.
- Social media experience is a bonus!
Schedule: This is a part-time position. The standard schedule is 2-3 Monday-Friday shifts, and Saturdays are required.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
