Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m.

Job Summary

Support office staff to answer and transfer phone calls, make announcements on PA system, assist callers, and greet staff, students, parents, and other visitors to the office. Serve as back-up to the Health Office. Support office staff to complete general office projects including typing, parent newsletter, etc. Clerical support for the Building Site Team. Perform other duties within the level of responsibility of the position as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook Express and Skyward.
  • Regular, on-time attendance is required.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to proof read and edit documents.
  • Ability to handle frequent interruptions and refocus easily.
  • Strong telephone skills.
  • Strong human relations skills to communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, and the general public. Maintain confidentiality.
  • Trained in Medical Assistant Training and experience preferred.
