We are searching for a Studio Hostess to join our dedicated team, playing a crucial role in maintaining our luxurious and welcoming studio environment. Your presence must be warm with a proactive attitude, intuitively anticipating the needs of both guests and our team and always stepping in wherever help is needed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating genuine connections, who thrives in a fast-paced, artistic setting and takes pride in delivering the personalized, white glove hospitality that our guests deserve.

What You’ll Do:

Enhance the Guest Experience: Warmly greet guests and offer refreshments upon arrival. Keep music flowing, water stocked, and all spaces feeling inviting and comfortable for guests.

Assist with Guest Needs: Answer incoming calls, help with product pickups, acquire ETAs for late appointments, and provide guidance to guests locating the studio, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Provide Essential Support: Handle light laundry, restock supplies, and assist with general upkeep (such as keeping the studio space tidy) and support tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Prepare and Reset Studios: Efficiently reset studios between shoots when required, ensuring they are ready for the next guest.

Be a Team Player: Jump in wherever needed to support the team, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.
