Case Manager - Criminal Justice- Sign on bonus up to $4,000!

Provides mental health rehabilitation services and supports to adults involved in the criminal justice system increase community functioning in order for the client to achieve rehabilitative, resiliency and recovery goals. Participate as a team member in the delivery of mental health services to clients and facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations. The Criminal Justice Case manager provides but is not limited to mental health assessment and treatment planning, case management, resource linkage, individual and group counseling and skills training.
