Our Lead Barista will have strong interpersonal communications skills, be initiative-taking and trustworthy, and be a team player. They will also be able to work fast and efficiently, maintain composure under pressure, and have a positive, customer-friendly attitude.

Shift meals while you are at work

Greet customers, answer questions, and provide customer feedback

Educate customers on the drinks menu, make recommendations based on customer preferences, and upsell specials

Take customer orders and payments, operate tills and card machines, and handle cash and credit card payments

Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following recipes and techniques

Prepare and serve food items, such as baked goods and pastries

Clean and sanitize work areas, seating areas, equipment, and utensils
