Lead Conversion:
Contact and qualify CRM leads via calls, emails, and meetings to introduce Nawy Unlocked’s services.
Schedule and conduct follow-ups to nurture prospects through the sales pipeline.
Proposal Development:
Assist in preparing and issuing financial proposals tailored to client needs (e.g., property valuation, investment plans).
Project Support:
Work closely with Customer Acquisition Managers to execute ongoing projects, including client onboarding and portfolio management.
Conduct site visits to assess properties and build client trust, when needed.
Documentation:
Prepare and review contracts, power of attorney (POA) documents, and transaction records.
Maintain organized digital records of client interactions and agreements.
Market Intelligence:
Provide insights on client preferences and market trends to refine acquisition strategies.
Requirements
Experience: 2-3 years in client acquisition, sales, or account management.
Industry Preference: Background in architecture, real estate, or financial services is a strong plus.
Skills:
Proficiency in CRM tools
Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Mobility: Willingness to conduct occasional site visits.
