Carpenters & Painters – Full Time | St. Louis, MO

Pay: $18–$25/hr depending on Experience

We are currently hiring carpenters & painters for a growing construction company based in St. Louis, MO. This is a full-time opportunity offering consistent hours, overtime potential, and long-term career growth for candidates with any level of carpentry or construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior remodeling tasks such as framing, roofing, flooring, and drywall installation
• Conduct painting tasks for both interior and exterior surfaces
• Read and interpret blueprints and building codes
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work independently or with a team to complete projects on time and within budget
• Attend training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
• Follow safety protocols and procedures
• Travel directly to assigned job sites instead of reporting to the office daily

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently or with a team to complete projects on time and within budget
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel directly to job sites
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
