Speech Language Pathologist: 3 days on campus, 2 days WFH!

We're looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team and provide services within Waller ISD on a hybrid 3/2 work schedule.

Location: Waller ISD (Waller, TX)

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2 or 1099)

Hybrid Schedule! Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid school-based position!

• 3 days per week on campus for treatment, evaluations, and ARDs
• 2 days per week remote for report writing, ARD prep, lesson planning, documentation, etc
• School calendar schedule

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Texas Speech-Language Pathologist License
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy for students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
• Complete evaluations, progress reports, Medicaid documentation, and therapy documentation
• Participate in ARD meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Consult with teachers, parents, and campus staff regarding student progress and communication strategies
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Complete documentation and planning during designated remote workdays

Compensation:

• W-2: $59–62/hour + benefits
• 1099: $70–74/hour (based on experience)
