Baking Technician

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Baking Technician, you will assist with daily bakery production while maintaining cleanliness, product consistency, and a customer-focused environment.

• Follow daily production schedules to prepare essential bakery items for current and upcoming business needs
• Ensure bakery products are prepared efficiently and in accordance with company procedures
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area at all times
• Support excellent customer service to contribute to overall store performance
• Assist with additional bakery-related duties as assigned by management

Required Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in bakery production or food preparation is preferred
• Ability to accurately follow recipes, procedures, and inventory guidelines
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment

Compensation:

• Hourly pay ranges from $17.87 to $22.00
