Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our team! Duties

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for commercial electrical positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring coordination, and onboarding support for the region.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified commercial electrical talent through networking, referrals, job boards, and industry outreach.
  • Support client relationships by maintaining consistent follow-up communication with clients.
  • Partner with clients and internal leadership to understand workforce needs, project timelines, and staffing goals while ensuring high levels of customer service and communication.
  • Help manage the company’s digital recruiting presence through job postings, social media recruiting, online branding, and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Maintain recruiting databases, applicant tracking systems, hiring reports, and employment documentation while ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Support business growth initiatives by attending industry events, promoting company services, and identifying opportunities to strengthen client partnerships and recruiting efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and customer-service-oriented mindset with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Proficient with computers, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • 1-3 years minimum of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or the construction industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; current college students pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be willing to travel locally for client visits, recruiting events, and industry networking opportunities.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to maintain professionalism in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
