Our client, a leading manufacturer of pharm equipment, is hiring an Internal Communication Manager in Upper Providence, PA!

*This is a 6 month W2 contract with benefits with the ability to convert!*

In this role, you will lead internal communications supporting the rollout of a new company-wide culture framework, creating engaging content and communication strategies that drive employee awareness and adoption. You will partner with HR, Marketing, and senior leadership to deliver consistent messaging, support change management efforts, and ensure a successful rollout across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute internal communication plans to support the rollout of a new company-wide culture framework.
  • Create engaging content across SharePoint, email, leadership messaging, and internal communication channels.
  • Partner with HR, Marketing, and senior leaders to deliver consistent messaging and support change management initiatives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of internal communications and change management experience.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders in large organizations.
  • Microsoft 365 and SharePoint proficiency.
