Remote Recruitment is hiring a HR Generalist for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide generalist HR support across recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
Advise and coach managers on employee relations and HR policies
Maintain all employee documentation, contracts and HR records in compliance with legislation
Assist with compensation reviews, benchmarking and payroll input preparation
Support engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive remote working culture
Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, systems and documentation
Requirements
4+ years of generalist HR experience across multiple HR disciplines
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
Proficient in HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, Workday or HiBob
CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent is advantageous
Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
