Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to provide an excellent first impression while supporting daily front desk operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

Welcome visitors and provide friendly, professional assistance.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Coordinate visitor check-in procedures.

Schedule appointments and assist with meeting coordination.

Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.

Support daily administrative and front desk operations.

Maintain organized office records and documentation.

Assist with general office organization.

Uphold company service standards during every visitor interaction.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable with strong attention to detail.
