Swiss Lathe Machinist
Cutlerville, MI | $28-$35/hr + 10% Shift Premium | Fri-Sun, 5AM - 5PM

What You'll Do
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Swiss-style and/or mill-turn CNC machines
- Inspect parts with precision using calipers, micrometers, and other tools
- Read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T documentation
- Keep your station clean, organized, and optimized for production
- Maintain top-notch quality standards on every part you produce
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of CNC operation experience
- Familiarity with high-speed machinery and mechanical measurements
- Solid understanding of geometric tolerancing (GD&T)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to walk/stand for a full shift
