Real Estate Sales Rep

Offr Plus is a Residential Real Estate firm specializing in sourcing off market investment opportunities and acquiring value add assets.

We are seeking a Real estate Acquisition specialist to join our growing team!

We will provide you with all the tools, leads and training you need to succeed in this role! You must be a team player with strong phone, verbal, written, and organizational skills. Along with the ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections. We are looking for someone that wants to be part of something great and grow with us, if you change jobs frequently... this isn't for you.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to home owners interested in selling their house.
• Follow up and cultivate relationships with home owners in order to facilitate the sale of their property.
• Negotiate price and make offers to home owners.
• * Willing to learn new things quickly and multi-task.
• Manage leads and follow up with prospects using CRM software.

• Show initiative in everything you do and have a great mindset / attitude.
• Manage the sales team and ensure that they hit company metrics.
• Train sales team on rapport building negotiations.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Self-motivation
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Our ideal candidate would be:

• Teachable and willing to adapt our streamlined processes/systems.
• Quick starter.
• Can follow instructions and is detail oriented.
• Minimum of 2-3 years Sales Experience.
• No Real Estate Experience Required, but preferred.
• Must have prior management skills.

We are seeking a driven individual to join our Real estate investment team! We specialize in acquiring and re-selling residential investment properties to our clients providing them with a consistent inventory of deals to satisfy their investment needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $146,313.06 per year
