Senior Staff Accountant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Accounting
• 3-5 years’ tax experience
• Tax filing and preparation 1040’s, 1041’s, 1065’s, 1120’s, 1120’s, 709’s, 990’s
• Payroll filings 941’s, 943’s, 940’s, W2’s, and 1099’s
• Financial Accounting
• Ability to produce financial statements, year-end reports, and other necessary information to produce tax returns.
• Knowledgeable with Sage, QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, and Accountants World.
• Strong understanding of tax codes, laws, and regulations.
• Experience in financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, and GAAP compliance
• Attention to detail, high accuracy in data entry and analysis.
• Interview clients to obtain necessary information on taxable income, deductible expenses, and allowances.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with farms, and small businesses.
• Working knowledge of CCH Axcess
• Active CPA or EA credentials

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
