We are seeking dedicated, warm-hearted Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are passionate about serving others and want to work in a welcoming, home-like environment. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Prepare and serve meals while monitoring dietary needs
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or mental condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with team members
• Support residents in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life

Qualifications

For Caregivers:

• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

For CNAs:

• Current Louisiana CNA certification
• DSW Registry check
• CPR/First Aid certification required
• Experience in senior care, residential care, assisted living, or home care preferred
