Job Summary:

You will be responsible for the efficient and effective watering of landscapes. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients' plants, lawns, and gardens receive adequate hydration to thrive. You will work under the supervision of the Crew Leader and follow established watering schedules and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain watering equipment such as hoses, sprinklers, and timers.
• Follow designated watering schedules to ensure all areas are adequately watered.
• Monitor the health and condition of plants and lawns, reporting any issues to the Crew Leader.
• Adjust and repair irrigation systems as needed to ensure proper functioning.
• Maintain accurate records of watering activities and any maintenance performed.
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and report any concerns.

Requirements:

• Valid Drivers License.
• Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Previous experience in landscaping or gardening is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot basic watering and irrigation equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Basic knowledge of plant care and irrigation systems is a plus.
