Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Manager of Accounting to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role is responsible for leading the accounting team, managing the month-end close process, driving process improvements, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting team, including general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements and ensure GAAP compliance
• Support internal and external audits
• Drive ERP optimization, automation, and continuous process improvements
• Partner with FP&A, operations, and leadership on financial initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years of leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Jobscope, or similar)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
