Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic production team. This role is integral to ensuring the continuous operation, safety, and efficiency of manufacturing equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive technical expertise in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex machinery within a manufacturing environment. They will be responsible for maintaining high standards of equipment performance, safety compliance, and operational reliability to support our commitment to quality and productivity. #GRP2-$4000

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using schematics, electrical blueprint reading, and engineering troubleshooting techniques.
  • Conduct repairs involving welding (including welding), HVAC/R systems, and precision measuring instruments.
  • Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, maintenance history, and inventory management.
  • Operate field service tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, low voltage testers, and high voltage diagnostic equipment.
  • Read electrical schematics and blueprints to identify faults and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain safety standards by adhering to electrical diagnostics protocols, working with high voltage systems safely, and following industry best practices.
  • Support industrial electrician tasks including troubleshooting pneumatic systems and low voltage electrical issues.
  • Assist with the installation of new machinery or upgrades while ensuring compliance with engineering specifications.
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime through rapid response and effective problem resolution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing facility environment.
  • Strong knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and electrical blueprint reading.
  • Hands-on experience with CMMS software for maintenance tracking.
  • Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, welding (including welding), HVAC/R systems, and industrial mechanics.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical diagnostics involving high voltage and low voltage circuits using ammeters and ohmmeters.
  • Familiarity with industrial electrician practices including analysis skills for complex system failures.
  • Experience working with precision measuring instruments and mechanical components.
  • Knowledge of engineering troubleshooting methods related to manufacturing equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills when interacting with internal teams or external vendors during field service activities.
  • Additional qualifications such as military training or certifications in industrial electrician work are advantageous.

Pay: $29.51 - $35.54 per hour
