The Lead Coordinator, Development & Environmental supports the Construction department by coordinating reporting, tracking project progress, and facilitating communication across cross-functional teams. This role provides operational and analytical support to leadership, develops presentations and reports, and ensures timely follow-up on permitting and project milestones while building a broad understanding of development and environmental processes.
Essential Job Functions
Develop and maintain executive-level presentations (e.g., PowerPoint) to communicate project updates, performance metrics, and key insights to senior leadership
Support weekly and monthly reporting processes by compiling, analyzing, and validating data related to development and environmental projects
Track and monitor the status of active construction projects, ensuring updates are accurate and aligned across systems and stakeholders
Follow up on permits and regulatory requirements to ensure timely completion and compliance with development timelines
Coordinate and participate in cross-functional meetings, documenting key updates, action items, and next steps
Responsible for sorting incoming team mail and sending mail on behalf of leadership
Responsible for the administration of maintaining licenses
Scheduling calendar events for the department
Act as a liaison across Construction and other internal teams to support communication and alignment
Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and project tracking
Build knowledge of Construction, Development, and Environmental functions to support ongoing operational effectiveness
Education required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Education preferred: Associate’s Degree or Equivalent
Experience required: At least 3 Years’ experience
Intermediate Microsoft Office and Excel skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
