Prep/Line Cook

Chewology in Westport is looking for a full time prep/line cook; a professional who possesses a natural sense of guest hospitality, a positive attitude, and attention to detail.

This is a great opportunity to work with James Beard Foundation Best Chef Midwest nominee, Taiwanese born Chef/Owner Katie Liu-Sung and a crew at a busy independently owned restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstations
• Cook dishes to business standards
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Prepare ingredients for use during shift

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a cook
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
