Identity & Infrastructure Specialist

Identity & Access Management

• Manage user, service, and machine identities across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Perform user lifecycle management including account creation, modification, and deprovisioning.
• Manage access rights using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Configure and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access.
• Manage application registrations and enterprise applications in Microsoft Entra ID.
• Resolve authentication and access-related issues.

Active Directory Administration

• Administer and maintain Active Directory users, groups, computers, and Organizational Units.
• Create, modify, disable, and delete user accounts as per business requirements.
• Manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and Active Directory permissions.
• Perform Active Directory server patching, maintenance, and health monitoring.
• Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for user management and reporting.

Microsoft Entra ID & Azure

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID identities, groups, and devices.
• Configure and manage Azure resources and identity services.
• Troubleshoot Azure authentication and access issues.
• Configure identity synchronization between Active Directory and Entra ID.

DNS & Windows Server Management

• Manage DNS zones, records, and name resolution services.
• Perform Windows Server administration, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor server performance and ensure infrastructure availability.

Microsoft Intune & Device Management

• Configure and manage Microsoft Intune policies and device compliance.
• Support Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS device enrollment.
• Troubleshoot Intune enrollment and device management issues.
• Manage Windows Autopilot and Apple Business Manager (ABM) integration.

End User Support

• Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for Windows and macOS devices.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, VPN, and endpoint-related issues.
• Resolve user access, profile, and application-related incidents.

Security & Compliance

• Conduct access reviews and identity governance activities.
• Implement security controls to protect identity and endpoint infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and audit requirements.
• Monitor privileged access and investigate security incidents.

Automation & Documentation

• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Generate user, access, and compliance reports.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams.










