Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Home Health Aide located in Albuquerque, NM. The Home Health Aide will assist clients with daily living activities, provide personal care, and ensure comfort and safety. Responsibilities include monitoring physical and emotional well-being, helping with mobility, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The role also involves effective communication with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to address needs and provide updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in Home Care, including assisting clients in maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Proficiency in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Personal Care, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Strong Communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Experience in Patient Care, including monitoring health, providing companionship, and ensuring emotional support
• Compassionate, empathetic, and attentive to the needs of clients
• Ability to adhere to safety protocols and provide reliable, professional service
• High school diploma or equivalent required; certification or training as a Home Health Aide is preferred
• Previous experience in home health or caregiving roles is an advantage
