Compensation: This role offers a base salary of $45,000 to $48,000 and includes commission, bringing total compensation to $60,000 to $65,000. Leasing agents also receive a company car, with expenses for gas, insurance, and maintenance covered.

RPM Colorado is a locally owned residential property management company serving Denver, Colorado Springs, and Ft. Collins/Loveland since 2007. We manage a wide portfolio of single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and small apartments for individual owners, investors, and real estate professionals.

The Role: Leasing Agent

You’ll manage vacant properties, working to lease them quickly and at optimal rental rates. Key responsibilities include:

• Communicating with property owners and tenants.
• Deliver compliance postings as necessary.
• Overseeing property readiness (photos, cleaning, maintenance).
• Advertising listings and conducting showings.
• Negotiating lease terms and providing details for lease drafting.
• Conducting move-in and move-out evaluations.
• Leading and supporting a Leasing Assistant.
• Apply advanced knowledge of Colorado Real Estate Law, leasing regulations, and Colorado Real Estate Commission license requirements

This role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, plus an active Colorado Real Estate License.

Compensation & Benefits

Other Details

• Full-time, in-person, Monday - Friday (visiting properties and office time).
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs, climb stairs, and use internet-based software.
