Job Summary

We have an opening for an Executive Administrative Assistant and have begun the candidate process. If you're an energetic self-starter with a knack for organization and providing exceptional service with a smile then we're looking for you. A dynamic individual who can adapt when presented with new administrative challenges and having the ability to tackle them.

Responsibilities and Duties

In this position you will work under the personal direction of the General Manager to assist with the daily operations of a housing and commercial development. You will be exposed to the evolving property management operations and office management for residential and commercial real estate.

The ideal candidate is experienced in handling a wide range of high level executive support. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and have the maturity to transform administrative challenges into success.

The candidate will be the point person for residents, staff and vendors to provide management support by performing daily office functions such as but not limited to: Coordinating and scheduling appointments, typing and mailing correspondence letters/emails/notices, typing reports/logs, scanning and filing documents, inputting data in databases, general bookkeeping and invoicing, organizing office, conducting research for detailed information, managing incoming correspondence, coordinating and organizing administration projects, reviewing operations, tracking administrative projects and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.

  • Be articulate, communicative, and professional with excellent verbal and written communication skill.
  • A high level of professionalism, reliability and punctuality.
  • Advanced proficiency in mobile applications and MS Office applications. Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Ability to type minimum 40 wpm, 10,00 kph.
  • Minimum H.S. Diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
