Graphic Design and Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Proofing: Create visual concepts, proofs, and scaled layouts for client approval.
• Pre-Press & Production: Prepare print-ready, cut-ready vector files. Understand bleeds, resolution, and spot colors for large format.
• Team Coordination: Work alongside sales teams, fabricators, and installers to ensure flawless execution of work orders.
• Quality Control: Review finished work for spelling, color accuracy, and size specifications prior to production.
• Lead Management: Responding to inbound phone, email, and web inquiries.
• Consulting & Quoting: Listening to clients' branding needs, taking measurements or artwork specifications, and calculating prices for materials (vinyl, banners, ADA signs).
• Project Management: Acting as the liaison between the client and the production/installation team to ensure signs are made correctly and delivered on time.
• Account Management: Following up with past clients (e.g., for seasonal promotions or annual trade shows) to secure repeat business.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
