Dental Hygienist - Sycamore Hills Dentistry
💲 Pay: $40+/hour + production bonus (based on individual production performance)
📍 Schedule: 4 or 5 days/week | 36–40 hours
📍 Status: Full-Time (potential Part-Time options available)

As a Dental Hygienist, you are the primary preventive provider—helping patients understand their health, feel cared for, and take ownership of their long-term oral wellness.
What You’ll Do
- Provide preventive and periodontal care (prophy, SRP, etc.)
- Perform thorough periodontal assessments and oral cancer screenings
- Take and evaluate radiographs
- Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and long-term care
- Identify and communicate treatment needs to patients and doctors
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Support a smooth, productive hygiene schedule
- Collaborate closely with doctors, assistants, and front office team

Required:
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Current state dental hygiene license
- Current CPR Certification
Preferred:
- Prior dental hygiene experience
- Local anesthesia or additional certifications (where applicable)
