Features Bar & Restaurant, located within the Hilton Fort Wayne at the Grand Wayne Convention Center, is seeking energetic, self-motivated, friendly, and service-oriented individuals to join our hospitality team as a Breakfast Server. The Breakfast Server is responsible for providing exceptional guest service during breakfast operations by greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals efficiently, and ensuring a welcoming dining experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to creating memorable guest experiences.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a positive dining atmosphere.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter orders into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and according to established service standards.
- Explain menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings to guests.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and maintain breakfast service stations.
- Refill beverages and ensure tables are properly maintained throughout service.
- Process guest checks and handle payments accurately.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service areas, and workstations.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
- Work collaboratively with restaurant, kitchen, and hotel team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Must possess or be able to obtain an Indiana liquor license/permit as required.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, and transport up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive movements associated with food service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
