Patient Access Representative - Full Time - Days

Position Summary:

Under the leadership of the Director, Oncology, the Patient Access representative is an active member of the Oncology Services team that delivers medical staff services and office support consistent with the strategic vision, goals, philosophy, and direction of Oncology Services and CRHS. The patient access representative provides clerical and administrative support to the medical office staff, maintaining files and records, scheduling office appointments, communicating with collaborating providers/hospitals, and preparing reports or other documents as directed. The Patient Access Representative ensures that the oncology center operates in an efficient manner and collects, verifies, and submits patient billing information for reimbursement.
