DevSecOps Engineer supports software and data engineering with DevSecOps tools, culture, and process changes to enable rapid and stable delivery of applications and technologies. Identifies, prototypes, engineers, and deploys emerging software engineering tools. Operates and supports a suite of enterprise DevOps and DevSecOps services. Establishes, manages, automates, and enhances DevOps and DevSecOps pipelines. Defines and promotes enterprise software engineering and DevSecOps standards, practices, and behaviors. Supports project teams as they integrate into the DevSecOps environment. May work in hybrid environments (multi-cloud, multi-domain, private/public). Writes and maintaines infrastructure and configuration files, DevSecOps tool configuration scripts, and application run-time configuration scripts. Facilitates technical exchange meetings to identify, collect, and establish coordinated requirements with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Work with Chief Engineer and engineers to incorporate DevSecOps automation to increase quality and reduce operational risk
Primarily responsible for developing, operating, managing and maintaining all the devsecops infrastructure in the cloud to support the program
Leverages and integrates the use of the Enterprise DevSecOps tools for the program
Responsible for the Cloud administration and Software Development Pipeline overall Develop automation to build, test, deploy any new services unique to the target network/environment as identified in the parity plan
Provide O M by rolling out updates to platforms and services as they evolve
Works with the Full Stack Developers and Software Engineers implementing the infrastructure in the cloud
Works with the engineers implementing testing tools in the build pipeline
Works with the ISSE implementing security tools in the build pipeline
Participate in Agile ceremonies
Must have:
4+ years of experience with any of the below
DevOps and DevSecOps tools and services (implementing, maintaining, and enhancing) Supporting other engineering efforts to leverage DevOps and DevSecOps tools and services Automation of services such as testing, configuration, and deployment Continuous delivery and integration (CI/CD) Cloud environment and infrastructure engineering Agile / Scrum
Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. $120,500 $221,800 USD
