Bilingual Property & Casualty Insurance Representative

Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, the remote Bilingual Property & Casualty Insurance Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications, resolve inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service while completing sales and generating quotes. Key responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing customers Provide exceptional customer service and address customer questions and concerns Generate quotes and educate customers on coverage and costs while upselling when possible Required qualifications Must have a valid Property & Casualty Producer license in good standing Bilingual in English and Spanish High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience Must be at least 18 years of age
