Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)-{171504} Location: Philadelphia, PA 19154 Pay: $25/hr. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 2:00pm-10:30pm Overview You’ll support veteran residents in a long-term care environment, helping with daily care needs and partnering closely with the nursing team to maintain resident comfort, safety, and dignity. Key responsibilities Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding as needed) Support safe transfers/ambulation (gait belt, lifts as trained), repositioning, and fall prevention Take and document vital signs, intake/output as assigned, and report any changes to the nurse Provide resident-focused care with patience and professionalism (memory care behaviors/support as applicable) Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection prevention practices
