About the Role:

Join DelCor as a Managed Services Consultant and become the go‑to technology partner for our DMV‑area nonprofit and association clients. In this hybrid, client‑facing role, you’ll tackle fresh challenges every week! Designing tech plans, optimizing technology workflows, and troubleshooting networks to deliver tangible impact. Expect to spend 4-5 days onsite, deepening relationships and driving measurable improvements in our clients’ technical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Suppor t DelCor’s clients by gaining an in-depth understanding of their networks and leading on problem and incident management

Collaborat es with client leadership to develop and support an IT roadmap

Collaborate with various teams at client sites to maintain network infrastructure

Pr oactively provide updates on client status es to DelCor’s leadership team

Act as the main POC for our clients and be their go-to resource when it comes to their networks and systems

Administration and troubleshoot ing for: Servers, Firewalls, Wireless Access Points, Desktops, Remote Access, Email Services (Office 365) , Networks

Ability to lead on issues, take escalations from IT Services Desk

Provide high-level customer service to clients through timely ticket closures , continuously providing updates, and professional responses to emails and requests

Preferred Experience/Training :

4 + years hands‑on in Microsoft environments

Proficient with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Windows 10/11 desktops

Solid grasp of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams) and Azure AD

Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and device management (Intune/Endpoint Manager)

Networking fundamentals in IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLANs

Experience configuring firewalls and VPNs

Comfortable in both enterprise‑scale and small‑office settings, with hybrid on‑prem/cloud setups

Strong verbal and written communication skills to be able to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable terms

Nice‑to‑Have

Microsoft certification (Modern Desktop Admin, Azure Admin)

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 per year , commensurate with location, relevant experience, and interview performance.
