Our manufacturing and retail client is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join their growing team!

Location: Easton, PA (hybrid - 3x a week)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: 100k with potential bonus

Job Summary

The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for supporting the business management and marketing of assigned product platform segments. This role collaborates on the development and execution of annual platform plans and drives both short- and long-term marketing strategies.

This position partners cross-functionally to innovate product and marketing initiatives that enhance brand sustainability, market share, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Contribute to the development of global platform strategies, including analysis, insights, and tactical marketing plans
  • Support execution of short- and long-term marketing plans aligned with business objectives
  • Assist in building and managing annual marketing and platform plans

Product & Brand Management

  • Execute product initiatives including new product launches, product updates, and commercialization activities
  • Support product positioning, pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies
  • Collaborate on activation programs, retail initiatives, and advertising campaigns

Data Analysis & Market Insights

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret market, competitive, and category data
  • Utilize syndicated data and secondary research to support decision-making
  • Provide insights on pricing, market share, and competitive positioning

Project & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and global partners
  • Manage execution of marketing projects from concept through completion
  • Support supply chain and operations planning through forecasting and reporting

Budget & Program Support

  • Assist with budget tracking and management
  • Support U.S. and international account programs, promotions, and initiatives

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of marketing experience (CPG, consumer goods, or related industry preferred)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience in consumer products, toy industry, or brand marketing
