Trophy Exteriors is looking for driven sales professionals who know how to build relationships, handle objections, and close deals.
If you’ve sold solar, windows, pest control, alarms, HVAC, insurance, cars, or have experience with in-home one-call closes, we want to talk to you.
Roofing experience is NOT required.
What You’ll Do
- Meet homeowners and generate inspections
- Learn our proven roofing sales process
- Help homeowners through roofing projects
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience required
- In-home closing experience is a major plus
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and coachable
- Competitive mindset
Compensation
- $4,000 Sign-On Bonus*
- Uncapped commissions
- Full-time opportunity
- First-year reps commonly earn $100,000+
- Top performers earn $250,000-$500,000+ annually
