Sr. Manager, FP&A (High-Growth SaaS)

Cydcor is looking for a data-driven FP&A leader who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, BI, and Revenue Operations, supporting leadership with forward-looking analysis, pipeline visibility, and scalable financial processes. The right candidate is a self-starter with SaaS or tech-adjacent experience, strong modeling skills, AI acumen, and a bias toward building systems that scale.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver monthly financial analysis, reforecasting, variance reporting, and pipeline analysis with a focus on revenue operations and growth metrics

Lead corporate functions planning and forecasting as part of the annual company-wide planning process, with emphasis on headcount and revenue modeling

Build and maintain dynamic financial models supporting scenario planning, growth projections, and executive decision-making

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align financial planning with go-to-market strategy

Drive process improvement initiatives including automation, reporting infrastructure, and AI-enabled workflows

Lead, coach, and develop the FP&A team with clear expectations and a culture of high performance

Prepare and present executive and board-level financial analysis with clarity and confidence
